I utilized Procreate to create this digital illustration. I had to use my non-dominant hand to draw after having a shoulder reconstructive surgery which proved challenging but very rewarding. My goal prior to surgery had been to become ambidextrous so I wouldn’t miss out on any time developing my drawing style and pursuing my artistic career.
This illustration highlights the finn whale and the tufted puffin, both of which are endangered in Washington State.
